Christine Dunkley

Christine Dunkley je v týmu British Isles DBT Training od roku 2006 a nyní je konzultantkou
a ředitelkou aplikovaného výzkumu a školení. Třicet let pracovala v školení National Health
Service (NHS) UK jako zdravotní sociální pracovnice a psychologická terapeutka. Během své
kariéry udělala doktorát z klinické praxe na University of Southampton School of Health
Sciences, kde studovala komunikaci emoční bolesti u sebevražedných pacientů. Je akreditována
Britskou asociací pro poradenství a psychoterapii.
Christine spoluzaložila Společnost pro DBT ve Spojeném království a Irsku v roce 2012 a byla první předsedkyní. V roce 2016 získala stipendium a je viceprezidentkou společnosti. Christine vyučovala na více než 50 intenzivních kurzech DBT a stovkách workshopů. Je členkou správní rady nadace HOPE se sídlem v Singapuru. Na LinkedIn má 17 tisíc sledujících. Je pravidelným hostem podcastů, napsala práci Emotion Regulation component pro nový vzdělávací program NHS pro profesionály v oblasti welbeingu. Na svém kontě má více než 30 publikací včetně knih Teaching Clients to use Mindfulness Skills Dunkley C a Stanton, M. Routledge 2013 a Regulating Emotion the DBT Way, Dunkley C. Routledge 2020. Její práce Hearing the Suicidal Patient’s Emotional Pain, Dunkley et al, Crisis 2018 ovládla žebříček vydavatele jako „nejčtenějších“ po dobu 6 měsíců.

Christine Dunkley has been with the British Isles DBT Training team since 2006, and is now a
consultant trainer and Director of Applied Research and Training. She started her social
work
degree in 1978 and worked in the NHS as a medical social worker and psychological therapist
for
30 years. During her career she undertook training in counselling and DBT, and did a
doctorate
in clinical practice at the University of Southampton School of Health Sciences, studying
emotional pain communication from suicidal patients. She is accredited by the British
Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Christine co-founded the Society for DBT of the UK and Ireland in 2012 and was the first chair. She received a Fellowship in 2016 and is a Vice President of the Society. Christine has taught on over 50 DBT intensives, and hundreds of workshops, making her one of the most prolific DBT trainers in the world. She has taught in numerous countries in Europe. She is on the board of the HOPE foundation based in Singapore. She has 17 thousand followers on LinkedIn. She is a regular podcast guest. She wrote the Emotion Regulation component for the new NHS training for Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners. She has over 30 publshed items including the books Teaching Clients to use Mindfulness Skills Dunkley C, and Stanton, M. Routledge 2013, and Regulating Emotion the DBT Way, Dunkley C. Routledge 2020. Her paper Hearing the Suicidal Patient’s Emotional Pain, Dunkley et al, Crisis 2018 topped the publisher’s ‘most read’ chart for 6 months.
Beate Herpertz-Dahlmann

Beate Herpertz-Dahlmann se specializuje na pediatrii a dětskou a dorostovou psychiatrii.
Byla předsedkyní a klinickou ředitelkou Oddělení dětské a adolescentní psychiatrie,
psychosomatiky a psychoterapie na Technical Excellence University v Aachen a nyní je vedoucí
profesorkou a výzkumnou pracovnicí. Jejím výzkumným oborem je etiologie, dopady a klinická
léčba mentální anorexie u adolescentů, kde vydala širokou škálu publikací. Je koordinátorkou
aktuální verze německých doporučených postupů pro poruchy příjmu potravy a na základě
předchozích a současných velkých klinických studií stanovila nové léčebné strategie „denní
léčby pacientů“ a „domácí léčby“ pro adolescentní mentální anorexii. Věnuje se také výuce
studentů medicíny. Od února 2022 je šéfredaktorkou časopisu European Eating Disorder Review.

Beate Herpertz-Dahlmann has specialized in paediatrics and child and adolescent psychiatry.
She was Chair and Clinical Director of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry,
Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy at the Technical Excellence University of Aachen and is now
a senior professor and researcher. Her research field is the etiology, outcome and clinical
treatment of adolescent anorexia nervosa with a wide range of publications. She is the
coordinator of current version of the German guidelines for eating disorders and established
the new treatment strategies “day patient treatment” and “home treatment” for adolescent
anorexia nervosa by previous and current large clinical trials. She is also engaged in
teaching medical students. Since February 2022 she is Editor in Chief of the journal
European Eating Disorder Review.
Kerim Munir

Kerim Munir je ředitelem psychiatrické sekce Univerzitního centra excelence pro vývojové
poruchy v rámci divize vývojové medicíny Bostonské dětské nemocnice a členem Společnosti
Williama Augusta Hintona v Kanceláři pro vědeckou činnost a profesorem pediatrie a
psychiatrie na Harvardově lékařské fakultě. Působil jako hlavní řešitel mnoha výzkumných a
vzdělávacích grantů sponzorovaných Národním institutem zdraví (NIH). Je držitelem řady
ocenění, včetně ceny George Tarjana udělované Americkou akademií dětské a dorostové
psychiatrie (AACAP) a ceny za mezinárodní činnost udělované Asociací univerzitních center
pro zdravotně postižené (AUCD) jako uznání za vedoucí postavení a přínos v oblasti
intelektového a vývojového postižení (IDD) na národní i celosvětové úrovni. Je významným
členem Americké akdemie dětské a dorostové psychiatrie (AACAP) i Americké psychiatrické
asociace (APA). V současné době působí jako předseda vědecké sekce i pracovní skupiny pro
psychiatrii vývojových poruchy intelektu Světové psychiatrické asociace (WPA) a zastával
funkci viceprezidenta Mezinárodní asociace dětské a dorostové psychiatrie a příbuzných
odborníků (IACAPAP).

Kerim Munir is Director of Psychiatry, University Center for Excellence in Developmental
Disabilities in the Division of Developmental Medicine, Boston Children’s Hospital, and
William Augustus Hinton Society Fellow in the Office for Scholarly Engagement and Professor
of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. He has served as a Principal
Investigator on numerous research, and research training grants, sponsored by National
Institute of Health (NIH). He is recipient of numerous awards including the George Tarjan
Award of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), and the
International Services Award of the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD)
in recognition of leadership and contributions in the field of Intellectual and
Developmental Disabilities (IDD) nationally, and globally. He is a distinguished fellow of
the AACAP as well as the American Psychiatric Association (APA). Currently he serves as
Chair of both the Scientific Section, and the Working Group, on Psychiatry of IDD of the
World Psychiatric Association (WPA) and served as Vice President of the International
Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professionals (IACAPAP).
Iva Hodková

Iva Hodková je dětský a dorostový psychiatr. Specializovala se na komplexní lůžkovou péči,
postupně na ambulanci a desítky let vykonávala soudně znaleckou činnost. Byla primářkou
oddělení somatické péče a komplementu nemocnice a oddělení následné péče pro děti
s neurovývojovými vadami. V roce 1994 byla jmenována ministrem zdravotnictví ředitelkou
Dětské psychiatrické nemocnice Opařany. Věnovala se zásadním procesům restrukturalizace
nemocnice, modernizaci, projektům pro léčebné programy, akreditacím nemocnice.
Působila v mnoha pracovních skupinách. Byla členkou výboru Sekce dětské a dorostové psychiatrie Psychiatrické společnosti JEP. Zapojila se do projektů společenské odpovědnosti, získala mnoho podporovatelů vč. zahraničních. Popularizovala nemocnici a obor. Podílela se jako spoluautorka na odborné literatuře.
Jako ředitelka a primářka ukončila svoji činnost v nemocnici Opařany na konci roku 2021. Nadále působí v pracovní skupině pro dětskou a dorostovou psychiatrii Ministerstva zdravotnictví, v jeho akreditační komisi, ve výboru profesní organizace Asociace dětské a dorostové psychiatrie, věnuje se poradenství a lidskoprávní oblasti jako expert Kanceláře veřejného ochránce práv.

va Hodková is a child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has specialized in complex inpatient
care, progressed to outpatient care and has been an expert witness for decades. She was the
head of the Somatic Care and Complementary Hospital and the Aftercare Unit for children with
neurodevelopmental disorders. In 1994, she was appointed by the Minister of Health as the
Director of the Children's Psychiatric Hospital Oparany. She was involved in major processes
of hospital restructuring, modernization, projects for treatment programs, accreditation of
the hospital.
She served in many working groups. She was a member of the Committee of the Section of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Psychiatric Society of JEP. She was involved in social responsibility projects and gained many supporters, including foreign ones. She popularized the hospital and the field. She contributed as a co-author to the literature.
As director and chief physician, she retired from the Opařany Hospital at the end of 2021. She continues to serve on the working group for child and adolescent psychiatry of the Ministry of Health, on its accreditation committee, on the committee of the professional organization Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and is involved in consulting and human rights as an expert of the Office of the Ombudsman.
Terapeutické faktory lůžkové péče v dětské a dorostové psychiatrii
David Havelka

Dr. Havelka vystudoval psychologii a speciální pedagogiku na Masarykově univerzitě a
absolvoval studijní pobyt ve Velké Británii. Několik let pracoval jako klinický psycholog v
Psychiatrické léčebně Šternberk a jako odborný asistent na Masarykově univerzitě. Během
doktorského studia se věnoval výzkumu rodin, kde jeden z členů trpí duševním onemocněním
nebo postižením. Od roku 2022 pracuje jako vedoucí psycholog v Dětské psychiatrické
nemocnici Opařany. Jeho současnou vášní, praxí i výzkumným zaměřením je zavádění praktických
a na důkazech založených intervencí pro děti a dospívající, kteří jsou impulzivní, emočně
dysregulovaní, mají potíže s kognitivními a exekutivními funkcemi. Dr. Havelka přednáší na
mnoha odborných konferencích a pravidelně publikuje v českých i zahraničních časopisech.

Dr. Havelka graduated from Masaryk University with two degrees in psychology and special
education and completed a study stay in the UK. He worked for several years as a clinical
psychologist at the Psychiatric Hospital Šternberk and as an assistant professor at Masaryk
University. During the Ph.D. studies his research was focused on families, where one of the
members has mental illness or disability. Since 2022 she has been working as a chief
psychologist at the Opařany Children's Psychiatric Hospital. His current passion, practice
and research focus is on the implementation of practical and evidence based interventions
for children and adolescents who are impulsive, emotionally dysregulated, having troubles
with cognitive and executive functions. Dr. Havelka lectures at many professional
conferences and regularly publishes in Czech and international journals.
Michal Goetz

Michal Goetz je dětský a dorostový psychiatr, docent psychiatrie na 3. lékařské fakultě
Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, současně působí jako ředitel Dětské psychiatrické nemocnice
Opařany. Dr. Goetz se přes dvacet let věnoval klinické práci a výzkumu. Jako hlavní řešitel
a spoluřešitel získal národní výzkumné granty týkající se potomků rodičů s bipolární
poruchou, ADHD a předčasně narozených dětí. Michal Goetz je autorem a spoluautorem řady
vědeckých článků a kapitol v knihách. V roce 2018 byl předsedou organizačního výboru 23.
světového kongresu International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied
Professions (IACAPAP). V této organizaci pak zastával i funkci viceprezidenta. Po dvě období
byl členem vědeckého a programového výboru American Academy of Child and Adolescent
Psychiatry (AACAP). Je voleným členem předsednictva v Sekci dětské a dorostové psychiatrie
České psychiatrické společnosti a předsedou pracovní skupiny Ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR
pro dětskou a dorostovou psychiatrii. Dr. Goetz je dále hlavním autorem doporučených postupů
pro léčbu ADHD vydaných Psychiatrickou společností. Je členem redakčních rad pediatrických a
psychiatrických vědeckých časopisů. Dr.Goetz absolvoval v rámci výběrového programu Global
Partnership in Child Psychiatry stáže v Bostonské dětské nemocnici a v Massachusettské
všeobecné nemocnici na Harvardově lékařské fakultě. V roce 2016 působil jako hostující
profesor na katedře psychiatrie na univerzitě v Calgary.

Michal Goetz is a child and adolescent psychiatrist, associate professor of psychiatry at
the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague, at the same time he is the
general director of the Children's Psychiatric Hospital Opařany. Dr. Goetz has been involved
in clinical work and research for over twenty years. As principal investigator and
co-investigator, he has received national research grants related to offspring of parents
with bipolar disorder, ADHD, and premature infants. Dr. Goetz has authored and co-authored
numerous scientific articles and book chapters. In 2018 he was the chair of the organizing
committee of the 23rd World Congress of the International Association for Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP). He also served as Vice President of
the IACAPAP. For two terms he was a member of the Scientific and Program Committee of the
American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP). He is an elected member of the
Board of the Section of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Czech Psychiatric Society and
Chairman of the Working Group on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Ministry of Health
of the Czech Republic. Dr. Goetz is the lead author of the recommended guidelines for the
treatment of ADHD published by the Psychiatric Society. He is a member of the editorial
boards of pediatric and psychiatric scientific journals. Dr Goetz completed observeships at
Boston Children's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard Medical School as
part of the Global Partnership in Child Psychiatry selection program. In 2016, he was a
visiting professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Calgary.
